These are the same people who say to call Sara levy and whoever else. I get this call every month. They change the name when they call. These scammers need to be stopped.

well, I sent my settlement payment of 314.42 to them today 2/13/2012, I apprently owed about 800 dollars to US Bank back when I had them as a bank in 2005, and i knew I owed that money, now after reading these I called them and told them about these comments and asked "did I get taken" he reassured me that this is legitimate and is sending me my paperwork, and I sure as hell reassured him if this ends up being a scam I will most definitely take this to the authorities, get my money back, plus, he's sending me my settlement papers and I will be pulling my credit report to see if it has been removed like he stated....I will keep all of you posted:) sure hope I am right!!...lol

they have been calling my work number and now my home number scaring my elderly parents into a debt that is not owed and stems from 1989....STOP THESE PEOPLE

i was on the other line when they called. i dont usually answer anything i dont know but it said cs processing and i thought that meant colorado springs(where i reside) and having something to do with a hospital appt i set up for my son. she asked for me and i said yes, then said could she transfer me to her superior to get this matter talked about, i said i was on the other line. she gave me a 877 number and case # to use when i called back. when i was done with my phone call i hung up and my husband who was on the other couch asked who was on the second call. i told him and he said yeah, they just called him while i was on the phone with my mother. they called his cell. so maybe now that they know where i am, they will not call my family members, cause i would hate to have to have my parents or sister endure any of their phone calls. now when they call i added the number to caller id as HELL, so i know not to answer. i dont mind ingnoring them but i dont want them calling family. [***]. how do we get them to stop?

I got a call from this number 631-247-9920 stating that somebody is filing an civil case against me and when asked about the details they were not able to answer . They said just take the case number. These guys are NUTS and cheating people. Dont know where to report about this unwanted call.

This is to report scam telephone calls repeatedly from this number. We are on NO Call list

Just received two calls from the 631-247-9920 number on my cell phone. They asked for my brother and wanted to leave a message for my son. Then they called right back and asked for me, same guy, stating that they had called my brother's landline and gotten my cell phone. Crazy. I'm thinking the guy accidentally called my cell phone number twice. But how did they connect the three of us and get my cell phone #? I'm very careful not to let my cell phone # get published anywhere, so someone's handing it out. And no, this information is NOT on Facebook.

A company calling from (631) 247-9920 and identifying itself with a robot-type voice as C r e d i t S m a r t left a voicemail in which they asked me to call (877) 230-1901 to resolve a debt that was supposedly harming my credit. Sounds like they're a junk debt buyer trying to collect well past the SoL. The (877) number is listed on this site and there have been multiple roboresponses to posters who have reported the company as unethical - they've even responded to their own roboresponses!Report them to the authorities in your state and to federal authorities.
