I did not answer this call, just googled it to see what it was. Sure enough, there is an app on my phone that I did not order or buy. I'll send another message if there are charges I did not approve of on either my cell phone bill or bank statement.

Since I use my iphone for business and there is alot of usage on my phone, the phone bill is 15-20 pages long so I never scrutinized the bills. However I happened to come to the office early this morning and reviewed my bill and noticed charges of $30.72 regarding the Wireless Detail portion of my bill. I then found I was being billed $9.99 each plus tax for a subscription Cylon LLC & SendMe Inc. I immediately called AT&T and cancelled both subscriptions and they said they would credit my account but could not explain who the merchants were but only said that the charges are usually related to a music or text or ringtone download. After looking back on my bills, I realized I have been getting charges from these 2 merchants since 11/29/08 and the total came to $140.92. I will pursue getting reimbursed from AT&T since I never used either of these services but if you require any additional info from me to pursue your class action suit, please let me know. Thank you.

I received a call with and automated computer voice telling me my account has been deactivated and I can reactivate it by pressing 1 for the automated process or 2 to speak with a representative. They are making this type of call at 9PM on Easter Sunday? I chose to hang up.

I received a call on my cell phone from this number today and a heavily accented person asked me some questions about ATT service saying he would credit my account $25 if i took a survey. After asking some really generic questions, he then wanted my name and phone number. I thought it was a scam and told him I did not give out personal info over the phone and if he really was ATT, then he had my name and number as he called me. the caller hung up. I called ATT through the 611 feature on my cell phone and they took the call number, apologized and then told me they would credit my account $25. So I guess this really is ATT calling, but what a weird way to do business. I told them I am on the do not call list and they said they would update my account records so i would not get called again.

Phone rang on all 30 phone units - said our account was suspended for non payment. We do not have an AT&T account...

Got a call from this number but didn't answer it. They didn't leave a message. From what I've read the joke is in them as I don't have a regular plan, just a prepaid plan that doesn't accept any outside charges.Have no idea how they got my number as I don't use the bid for prizes service nor have I signed up for photo bucket or anything else for that matter. Anyway I've saved the number so should they ever call again their ID will come up so I don't answer.

I was hesitant to answer an 800 # on my cell phone, as I have signed up for DO NOT Call list.

They called about and AT&T suspended account. I knew it was a hoax. Trying to get info.

I received a computer recorded call from this number stating they were at and t and that my account was suspended. That i should press a certain number to resolve or another number to speak to a representative. I hung up. There is nothing wrong with my account. Nothing is suspenped. Very suspicious

So that really was ATT? I answered some generic questions and then he said in order to credit my account he had to verify my name. I was not as smart as you though it took me a minute to get suspicious. I corrected him when he mispronounced my first name but did not correct him when he mispronounced my last name. I did give him my zip code but refused to give him the last four digits of my SSN. It does not make sense, they call us. I am not in the habit of lending out my phone!. I am going to call ATT and see if I can get the credit due me!
