Recording saying " AT&T is rewarding customers who have been with AT&T for over 24 months. AT&T have [sic] selected you to receive a $100 gift card. To receive it press 1, to not receive it press 0."I don't have AT&T, I had AT&T for more than 30 years, they didn't give me squat, except keep raising up my bill.

I work for AT&T and can advise that dialing 800 331 0500 should not use your use your minutes. If you dial this number and your detailed billing shows that your minutes were used for the call, then you should dial 611 and let a customer service rep know and they can give you those minutes back.

Noticed a call from this number. I use Consumers Cellular. They asked if I was calling about my Consumers Cellular number as if I had A T & T I said no and was talking to an automated system. I hung up.

Hi All,Charles is full of it unless AT&T just gave him the credit to appease him. The 800-331-0500 is an ATT number but they would never call and ask for personal information like that. It is a scam. It is easy to spoof phone numbers. People be careful!Jan

Got a call from this number today and it left a message that it was AT&T and that my account was deactivated and I needed to reply to re-activate. Thing is, I don't have any accounts with AT&T. Sounds bogus to me.

I am not an AT&T or SPRINT customer but received a recorded call from this number thanking me for my loyalty and wanted me to sign up in something. I disconnected. It appears they these scum bags are now spoofing their call numbers.Now-a-days I get calls from genuine numbers i.e numbers which are not known to be junk callers on 800notes.com. A few times I tried to investigate by calling back the number and found that they spoofed/used my number to call that number and spoofed their number to call me.What a bunch of thugs.

I didn't answer, but got a message that said my AT&T account has been suspended and started giving menu options. If my account were suspended, would you be able to call me? No. Scam, sorry.

got a call from this number, was supposedly ATT with a 3 survey question, then you will get $20 credit per line. They will ask for the last 4 of your social your phone number and your passcode. Don't give anything. I called ATT, they said they have no such program for a $20 credit for a survey, nor will they ask for both. She said they would only ask about your passcode, but not any part of your ssn. This is a scam, but somehow they are able to spoof the 800-331-0500 number on your caller ID. ATT told me definatively that this is a SCAM. It was then reported to a Manager at the same call center to investigate further.
