I just did receive a call from these people and like you had to have some fun. I listened to her schpeel for a moment then asked her what color panties she had on. Told her I thought any woman that wore a red thong had to be a hot babe. She tried to direct the conversation back to her business and when she couldn't threaten to report me to the authorities for an obscene phone call. When I pointed out that I didn't make the call nor did I use a single "dirty" word she hung up.

They call to threaten me, which i dont own anything

They threatened lawsuits etc.. I told them to send paperwork, they had bad addresses and said they were sure the lwyers would have right ones and I would be summuned.?!

I called back told them not to call they said it was aoutomated and couldn't guarantee I wouldn't be called I told them to mail me and gave updated addr!

These jerks called my folks house last week... from Sarah Levy atty office... telling them they were going to sue me .. blah, blah, blah... gave her a case # and told her that I had to call by 3:00pm that day or they would file she googled the number becase LEGALLY they cannot give out any kind of information except to the person that owes the "debt"... and then I get home I had a recorded message from another company.. same case number same situation... and now they keep calling my cell phone.. I have both the 631-247-9920. & 1-866-599-3376 numbers on my phone and have put them on my spam list - will be sending a cease and desist letter as welll.... I do not ow anyone any money.. they debt they are trying to collect on is from 2004

You have a wrong number - STOP CALLING- please someone sue them for stalking and harrassing the wrong persons / number -

These people are calling my elderly parents and scaring the hell out of them about some debt that no longer exists. Truly evil people. Parasites feeding on human misery. I'd file a complaint with the FCC and AG (or anyone else who would listen) but nothing ever happens when you do that. So this scum continues to harrass the innocent in the hopes they can frighten a few into giving them money. I wish there were some effective way to fight back. Maybe I should buy an autodialer and do the same to them they do to others.

Shame on you - you are bothering very elderly people in an assisted living center - where are yuo morals - get your numbers right
