My uncle has benn a victim of ID theft at least twice. The Cork-Suckers @ the debt collection firm of CS Processing called his very unlisted number looking for him by name. The problem is he is nearly deaf and he put me on the phone with these rude; deceitful intellectually deficient minions. Having worked as a debt collection lawyer in my uncles firm for for 32 plus years, I know a thing or two about lowlife debt collectors. They bought his new phone number from someone at a phone company. I have fired hundreds of debt collectors for doing similar things. It brings liability to the firm and it's deceitful. Once again I will saddle up and head to court on my uncle's behalf and clean the clocks of the Dilitants at CS Processing in NY. I guess I'll lease a new Bentley after I sign off on the settlement agreement. Just as Mr. Lee said in Hangover, Tootaloo..........l

These people are funny I eat [***] like CS processing for breakfast lunch and dinner they called me last night I knew it was a crock of [***] they said I owed a bank over a thousand dollars lol I owe no one hahaha so I reported them to the FTC and I'm also going to sue them lol. I even called the FBI and told them I get the last laugh in this matter CS hahahahahahahahahahahah

The called me regarding a past nil from 07 & recently tried to get my credit repaired and didn't want any judgements are garnishments, I gave them a payment, but felt funny about. So i begun investingating snd my intuition was correct. They kept calling me to verify my address stating the leter was returned. Mind you I did this a few times already. All my other bills seem to come to me just fine. I told them I'm not paying another dime and stop calling me. I never got any letter or billing statement statng I owe a bill! So I'm hope tht made them happy to get $38. I reported them to BBB & blocked them from my cell fone. Don't trust these people! They will never send you any correspondense nor will thy provide an address

Received a call today about an old debt. N.C law for S.O.L. is 3 years. Ask me to pay $5.00 a month as they were in process of filling papers to go to court.. Told them I will see them in court. SCAM.Number was 631-247-9920.

631-247-9920 I was getting calls from these guys 2-3 times a week sometimes 2-3 calls per day for 2 years, CS Processing also Known as Credit Smart address 300 Motor Pkwy, Hauppauge, NY 11788 Business Phone 631 300 4190, if you check your local attorney general website for your state also check the state finance website you will be able to file a complaint against these guys. They are calling me all the time but are not licensed to do business in Idaho, which means they are working in my state illegally, so I have filed a formal complaint against them, they are looking for someone who does not even live here. I suggest you all do the same. Check to see if they are licensed to do business in your state, most likely they are not and start proceedings against them.
