this number keeps calling my home and my cell number leaving a case #, i'm on the no call list but evidently that doesn't mean awhole lot

I was getting calls from this number asking for a woman I had never heard of. So one day I called them and explained that this woman they were trying to contact had never lived at this phone number. They thanked me an assured me there would be no more calls. Now they not only are still calling for this woman they've started calling me saying I owe them money. If you answer their calls all you get is their recording no human will pick up. I'm sick and tired of it but don't know what to do.

These people need to stop. They call and then they repeat the call immediately after by using a unknown name unknown number on the caller ID...that way they can harass you 10 times in a row.They need legal action taken for harassing. No-one deserves to be called 8 times within a 2 hour time frame.

Want to alert you all who have someone calling from this place -- I recently had to get a credit check for a job (which I got thank you) and did the free once a year credit rating check. I saw this bogus company holding a lien on me for a debt of 2,151 that I had no clue what it was. So called them (in NY, I believe) and first thing they wanted was my social security number. I said no and hung up after mentioning they didn't know what they were talking about, I had no debt. I reported this immediately to Equifax (online disputing this charge). Thinking I might not get the job, it worried me ... but get this, within 2 days after disputing the unknown charge from this company on my credit report, I got an email from Equifax saying it was taken off my report! The credit companies must be on to them for them to so quickly erase this "error" on my credit report..... so seriously, seriously dispute anything you may find on your credit report and it is so easy on line -- if this scum creeps in on one bogus company, imagine how many others may follow. My sister just got a call from the company this am even though I no longer live in the state and she was smart enough to Google the company and found this blog to alert me -- we decided to let everyone know on this blog that she found that they are on notice with the credit reporting agencies -- they are just trying to target in on unsuspecting people who might think maybe they do owe them and it is a scam.

Have you guys ever stop to think that they are just doing there job I know someone who works there and they do nothing wrong.

Got a call today from them. Phone number was from New York. Could not understand the first part of the message, but got the second with the toll free number. Will not be calling them back just sending out a letter to not call me or my husband at home or at work. To contact us via email or mail. Thank goodness for these sites.

Well i must admit, they almost got me. The first time they called i answered.The caller started saying stuff about legal action and filing in the courts. I was on my way to rebuilding my credit, so i was a bit taken. I had agreed to pay and everything. But as the conversation moved along things just didn't seem to sit well with me. I told them i would mail a check and they wanted to do a check over the phone so they could get the money straight away. Well i told him i didn't have a check with me and i would have to call back later.Well i did a little asking arould and found out what these guys were all about.Well that was almost 2 years ago and i still get my daily 3 or 4 calls and sitt haven't answered one. wonder how long they will keep calling. Maybe they should go into the wake-up call service.Now there is something i would pay for.
