Called my cellpo0ne number which I do not give out to businesses. Claimed to be AT&T saying my account was going to be suspended for lack of payment. Beware. Total scam. Wanting credit card/personal info. Problem is I do not have an AT&T account. Never have.
they charce 9.99 whether you reply or not.they call automaticly.I got a new phome and as soon as it was activated,I got a welcome from at&t and these people. I wasn't even out of the mall yet. now i get at least 1 a month @ 9.99 each.i can't figure out how to stop it ...
I just received a call from this same number and the person on the phone was a foreigner and he said I had a refund and for me to give him my security passcode I had setup with ATT years ago. I refused and called ATT and they said it was a scam. After reading all the other post I checked my account and don't have any extra charges.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
