Called, let go to VM, left an automated message, saying my Verizon Account (don't have one) has been suspended due to verification needed, press 1 to speak to a representative. I'm guess they want your name, Soc, bank account or credit card info. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!

I received a call from this number and, even though I previously blocked the number, they somehow were able to leave a message. The message stated my AT&T account has been suspended. Considering how I've never had cell service through AT&T, this screams scam!

Received a recorded call from "Verizon Wireless" that my account has been suspended. (The account holder for my phone is another person with another number, and she did not get any such call.) The recording asked me to enter the account holder's number, which I did not. After a while, the recording said "hold on to speak to a representative" and then "due to high call volume" I'd be called back in about 30 minutes. I'm waiting for that call so I can get more info and report this scam to the FTC and Verizon.

I just got a call from this number (caller ID said "UNKNOWN") and they left me a voicemail that said that I dropped a call and they received a call from MY number from a man claiming to be ME and to call them back to confirm if it was me or not......

Call started "Dear AT&T Wireless Customer, your account has been suspended..." I'm NOT an AT&T wireless customer at all. I pressed 2 to speak to a representative. Then it asked for the last 4 digits of my SSN (I said "no") and the AT&T Account Password (I said "no, speak to an operator") It placed me on hold while it "tried that extension" and then abruptly said "goodbye" and disconnedted.

*** SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM*** Received a call today, the guy on the line stated that someone is calling in with my cell phone number and requesting to change my account password on AT&T. The calling is trying to order an I Phone 6 S, his name is James Miller. The wanted me to change my password with him, I told him that i would call AT&T and see whats going on. AT&T stated that they show no records of any calling in trying to change my password or order a phone.. Please do not give out your information

Oddly, I am also on a Do Not Call list. They are not calling my cell phone, they are calling my Gear watch directly. The Gear uses a number that connects to my real phone number. This is the number they are calling. I blocked them on the watch, since they called me during work hours.

I just posted a few min after you - the recording said AT&T Wireless for me rather than Verizon. I reported it to the FTC since I'm on the do not call list.

Stupid ATT calling.

I got a call at 11:20 P.M. PST. I didn't answer. The caller ID actually read 800-331-10500 with an extra 0. It looks like a trouble number, but the reports are all from 2007 & 2008.
