called cell no message

Now they are saying they are from Verizon, but same scam, they are saying my service is suspended, but I pulled up something on the internet using my 4G and it came right up. This is BS.

They call too mich

Same as almost everyone else. Caller ID came up as AT&T Customer Service. Recording said my account was temporarily suspended and to press 1 to reactivate or press 2 to speak with a Representative. So for giggles I pressed 2. Then, the recording asked for the last 4 digits of the account holders SS#. I pressed the pound sign. The recording then said "Thank you, please enter your account number" so I pressed 1 thru 9. The recording said "Thank you, a representative will return your call within 30 minutes" the call then disconnected. This is a BS scam call.... Yes the number is attached to the real AT&T.. however, these clowns are spoofing the number to try and fool people... Be careful everyone!

Called after 8pm with a robo message from ATT stating that my phone wouldn't work and that I must go to an ATT store to upgrade my phone to LG 3 and or 4. Not sure if this message was a scam or legit.

Found this number added to one of my contacts! So, somehow' they've gotten past my phone. I don't answer #s I don't know so it was slipped in via the web browser or one of the constantly-needing-app-upgrades. (Read: poor software writing.)

It is a scam. As soon as i asked them with a different tone thay candled the phone

It's a scam and fraud number. They steal people's phone number and credit card info.

Called on cellphone, but I didn't answer. The number looked familiar. So you say it's AT&T. Probably so. They didn't leave a message, so it either was a scam or whatever they wanted wasn't that damn important.

Verizon is not part of AT&T.
