I received a call from 18003310500 at 12:43 AM the day after Thanksgiving. It woke me up. I did not answer.
Called from a number that appeared to be an ATT number. Said my account was "suspended for verification" and to press a certain number to continue. I promptly hung up and blocked this number.
I have an app called Call Blocker on my cell phone that blocked this number. I looked it up to see who it might have been and found all of this!!!! I fired ATT years ago and am with Straight Talk and plan to stay there. I think my little free app just paid for itself. LOL
They called me at 1 am on Sunday and left a voicemail claiming they were Verizon Wireless and that my account was suspended. My account is fine so I did not return the call
Got a message from this number saying my AT&T cell service had been suspended and to call about it. Don't have AT&T wireless.
Said my account needed to be addeessed problems What account with whom? Totally suspicious taped recording of male voice not real
Called at 10:50 pm I didn't hear the call come in, but they would have gotten a rude awakining had I have. scammer. I have received this call before claiming to be AT&T, and they got blasted then.
Called and said they were going to credit my AT&T account $99 for being such a long time customer. But first they needed for me to verify my pin number with AT&T. Told them they should not need that to credit my account. They hung up. This is a Scam
At 6:26 AM, received a call from this number. Stupidly and half asleep, I answered and heard a robotic female voice saying that this number was chosen as a winner by AT&T wireless (NOT my carrier)...I hung up! Illegal to be calling at that hour and assume they are spoofing the number!!!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
