Unsolicited call on my cell phone with prerecorded message offering "low-rate commercial loan". Number is spoofed - same as outgoing calls from major area hospital.

I requested to speak to someone and asked to be taken off their list, and the person hung up on me before I finished talking.

It says to call the number to be removed from their list, but I refuse to be bothered by them any more.
