Clearly the computer caller is automated with scheduled calls throughout the day.

this number just calls and hangs up after I say stop calling im on the do not call list

I asked what company she works for and she hung up.

Spam / fake collections agency. They are the Franchise Tax Board of India. Not the other one in CA. Not sure which one is worse. Both were threatening me and trying to steal my money.

Called 3 times in one day - never left a message.

Legitimate calls/callers who have business with me will leave a voice message rather than calling constantly and hanging up...hmmm?? I wonder if this is a call I want to receive?

At times my wife will pick up and tell them not to call or I will just hit the button twice to avoid having to hear the speech.

They call my phone for no reason. When I call who ever it was, they hung up on me.
