We own this number and would never call with solicitations or recordings. The only time we would call you unexpectedly is in an emergency situation where there is an immediate danger.

this is a recorded msg that has called my phone REPEATEDLY for the last week.

I checked my bank account after hanging up and my payment had cleard my bank, so I don't see how there could have been a problem with it.

Decent certainty it's a scammer number associated with tricking job hunters using the indeed site (not indeed's fault in any way)

Have asked Empire Marketing, and specifically Don Mortiz, to cease all communications to my office line.

Debt Collection Spammer--do not respond to them. If they continue to harass you file a complaint with your state's AG office and local PD. These people are scumbags, and deserve to rot in jail.
