called, left no message. Caller ID shows name of Wolff, Soozie

I got a recording in Mandarin when I answered the phone. Not sure what they were trying to sell me

These calls can get through Do Not Call List. They are from Central Processing Center re: student loan forgiveness. If you question them or ask them to stop calling you, they hang up. Is there nothing to be done?

Pretend to be from your bank. Try social engineering to get you to reveal details. They leave a mobile number to call them back on, which is how you know that they're scammers

These calls deal with credit cards which have nothing to do with us.
