They are trying to pretend to be my boss over email and text.

Its a pay day loan spam, they want you to give them information. Its a spam

This person speaks very poor ENGLISH I guess HE does NOT UNDERSTAND what DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN means.

Consumer told callers that he doesn't have a computer and now the keep calling.

this caller called my phone with 2 phone numbers and both, when I answered said, " Hello". same voice and then said nothing.
