UPDATE: 04122016 Consumer was updating more phone numbers.

One ring only on my cell phone.

The consumer has a complaint against an unknown telemarketer, making a recorded message to her landline phone.

Yet they still keep calling.

This is a marketing call with recorded message regarding some medical equipment or surgery.

Have chosen option 2 to quit calling a dozen or more times but still get calls.

Scammers asking to verify social security number because it was compromised. They are calling everyday 5-6 times with different 800 numbers

I called the number back and it was a pre-recorded message saying that I recently filled out a form requesting information on health insurance. (I did not.) I hung up at that point

Its a spam # using a fake car wrapping business and will send you a check that is not valid. If you deposit the check it will bounce after 10 days or so and you will be responsible to pay the balance. Don't deposit the check , its a scam. Scam suspicion
