Claiming to be social services

Said I had not paid my bill and shutting off power called the real PSEG and was advised that this was a SPAM call

JUST WAS CALLED AND LEFT THIS VOICEMAIL ON MY PHONE. they called yesterday from another number

Called me at 341am ....

Called and did not leave a message. Don't know anyone in that area + plus they called on a number that I never use. Reported the number and blocked it.

100% scam.. saying they were from microsoft and wanted to issue my dad a refund...

Same experience as others. They say they are looking for a family member. Won't say why. Then they get rude when they realize you are on to the scam. Harassment at its best! Don't tell them anything. Have a little fun with them.

They call eight consecutive times on the same day.... If it was important they would of left a message.

Wanted me to verify my SSN and wouldn't tell me why he was calling or his company name.

I got scammed here too!! This same group in SF asked me for 4k reservation deposit and I sent it over. Has ANYBODY had any luck getting this money back?
