Trying to collect student loan payments saying there has been a change in my account. Scam caller because I have no student loan payments due.

Spam caller

They keep calling. I don't know who they are and they have some sales pitch about tax credits. I've asked them numerous times to stop calling.

I pressed 1 and then a male recorded voice informed me that if their call did not apply to me to press 9, which I did and that ended the call.

I have asked them to stop calling and that they need to scrub the donot call list because I am on it.

Consumer does not say what they are calling for, just that no matter what he does they keep calling, multiple times in a day.

I have called blocked the number now but it will still ring through.
