Could be a scam but probably a valid call, however not for me. I have had the phone number for over three years (on my watch) and suspect this is a last-ditch collection agency trying to harrass people into paying off debt.

I also received got a voicemail for a Timothy Hester. A private courier will be in my area from 12 to 3. Even knew the street I lived on over 10 years ago.
