This person is running a scam on Craigslist.... he scammed us for $200. A report has been filed with the Federal Trade Commission, Google (as it was through Google Pay) and the local authorities, as well as Craigslist.

Most likely a scam.

The number was on a notice from "Tax Processing Unit, Internal Processing Service, Kootenai County, Public Judgement Records" ID State Tax Comission verified it wasn't from them. Kootenai county court verified it wasn't from them. It's a SCAM!
