This # is unfamiliar to me and no message was left: two signs of a scam operation.

and they get lots of phone scammers, which is why I dont answer.

This guy is a vulture real estate investor, calls constantly asking if he can buy your home. Really creepy, and is also apparently an optometrist. Avoid this predator at all costs.

They called 7 times in May and 4 times in April having been told repeatedly not to call.

His name is Ivo Dombrowski, like the other person said he's a vulture real estate "investor". A complete moron that calls over and over begging to buy your house.

2 calls from this number never answered phone but they left no message on recorder. Know no one from that town.

called two times is a row, did not answer, did not leave a message. I think it is spam as if it was someone i knew or important they would leave a message. Do not answer calls from numbers I dont know

Spam / fake collections agency. They are the Franchise Tax Board of India. Not the other one in CA. Not sure which one is worse. Both were threatening me and trying to steal my money.
